M.E. Sicat Construction is a leading and AAA certified contractor offering engineering solutions across a wide spectrum of disciplines. Formed in the Philippines in 1993 by its president Michael Allan Sicat, M.E. Sicat Construction is a contracting and service-based company serving both government and private institutions. The group's principal activities are engineering, resource management, supply chain solutions, building, pipeline services, civil construction and utilities.

Known for its creative and innovative approach to providing quality solutions in all areas of their work, M.E. Sicat Construction is a company run by highly qualified and experienced engineers and managers who appreciate and understand the needs of its clients. ABOUT MICHAEL ALLAN SICAT

In a short span of time, Founder and President Michael Allan Sicat has developed M.E. Sicat Construction to an outstanding construction firm that has catered to many clients and worked on a wide range of projects.

Michael received his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the Philippines and ranked first in the Philippine Board Examinations for Civil Engineering in 1993. He then went to Stanford University to earn his Master's Degree in Construction Management. Michael shares his knowledge in the field as a Lecturer at the University of the Philippines. He was a former member of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Contractor's Association (PCA).
